Spot Civility - Pass It Forward
Give this card when you see someone doing any of these:
Let someone go ahead in queue
Actively giving up their turn at a bank, shop, or ticket counter.
Helped a stranger
Picked up dropped items, gave directions, or helped someone with bags.
Gave up their seat
For an elderly, pregnant, or disabled person in a bus, metro, or waiting area.
Thanked service staff warmly
Showing genuine appreciation to a waiter, guard, or cleaner by name and with eye contact.
Returned cart to the proper place
Returning a shopping cart at the mall or a luggage trolley at the airport instead of leaving it behind.
Showed everyday public courtesy
Holding a door, keeping shared spaces clean, or speaking respectfully in a public setting.
How to Share Your Civility Story
- Take a photo of the card or the moment if you would like to.
- Write: “I spotted civility today: [describe what you saw]”.
- Include the card number in your post, for example: “Gave Card #IMPADEL00001”.
