This is not a complicated app. The goal is fast participation, clear storytelling, and a visible pass-it-forward chain connected through one QR card URL.

Card is issued

An IMPA member receives the first card directly, or a company receives a stock batch through admin allocation before assigning cards to employees.

Civility is recognized

The card holder spots a positive act, appreciates the person, clicks a photo, and shares the story with the campaign hashtags.

QR journey grows

The next person scans the QR, reaches the card landing page, and the visit history keeps growing as the card moves forward.

QR ownership journey

GeneratedAdmin creates a unique QR range like `IMPADEL00001` to `IMPADEL00100`.
AllocatedThe batch is allocated to an IMPA member or to company-owned stock.
AssignedFor corporates, exact QR cards are assigned from company stock to active employees.
LiveOnce the assigned person uses the card and the QR is scanned, the public journey becomes visible.

What each person sees
